S-193 was formerly known as Ponemah Mills C when it worked as a light shunter for the Ponemah Mills in Taftville, CT. It was built in 1895 and was converted to a Line Car when it arrived at the Connecticut Trolley Museum. With an electrically isolated platform on the roof, it allows crews to complete maintenance and work of the trolley museums overhead systems.
